Entry Forms & Waivers For All HVV Tournaments

If your having trouble using the Online Entry Form, just email me your information.

Both Players Names, Date, Division (Women, Men, Rev Co-ed), and Level (B- beginner, BB-advanced, A-expert, AA-almost pro, Open-playing for cash)

Hopefully it won't get lost in the spam filter.

Online Entry Form

All participants must be HVV members - membership is good for one year (May thru April) at all HVV  tournaments

USAV Junior will be required to register with HVV

You Must Enter Once For Each Day

If Participant is under 18, please print the following application (good for the season) and have it signed by a parent or legal guardian and bring it the day of the tournament

You may also sign up (including your HVV Membership) the day of the tournament

The online entry form will be turned off

from 9 PM Friday before a tournament

until 8 AM Monday after a tournament
